These Yogic Teachings (messages) can help each of us live a happier, more positive life. They are my inspiration, and aspirations, in my life and my teachings.
If your habits serve you and support you, exalt you and make you excel, you shall be successful here and hereafter. But if you serve your habits, you will be unsuccessful here and hereafter.
You have to learn to talk to yourself before you talk to somebody else — you have never learned to talk to yourself. You have not been trained to talk to yourself and you do not understand the value of self-communication. Because you do not have this experience of yourself and you refuse to talk, the block remains. You refuse to talk and life pushes on; but practically, it is no life at all.
The plain truth is that you must start giving before you start receiving. This is the nature of the Universe we live in.
As long as you don’t compliment yourself, your environments and your job, you will always be miserable. Complaints bring misery, compliments brings strength.
It is your birthright to be happy and happiness only comes to a disciple with a discipline. Those who do not seek discipline can never be happy.
Fulfillment comes when your elements coordinate with your frequency and create a magnetic field where there is no complaint, no weakness, no punishment, no priority to see anything negative, and you flow to give and share and uplift everyone you touch, see and feel. That is the basis of spirituality.
When you get up in the morning from this day forward, say to yourself, “I shall live this day with grace. I will take one impossible task and make it possible”.
Give yourself one second when you listen and before you speak. In one second you can see the light. And if you stop just one second, you will have total effectiveness because then the third eye, the ajna, will act.
Dedicate yourself to your higher consciousness and live it.
When the finite gets to you and you show your infinity, that is divinity.
The highest mental power of a human is when he is willing to cope with a condition that is infinitely beyond his control. Still he faces it with the idea that he is going to come through.
Not having the flexibility to change is a tragedy in itself; and having too much flexibility to stand for anything is a tragedy in itself.
If there is a place (in you) that you feel is not functioning properly, you have the capacity to circulate this pranic energy to it. Focus your mind on that place and you will find such a beautiful action happening and within a second, everything will change.
When a human has come come into an understanding of his or her own dignity, there is no power on the earth which can shake it.
Live like a God. Give like an angel. Be a bright, beautiful, bountiful human being.
It’s gracious to be humble. It’s marvelous to be kind. It’s loving to be compassionate. It’s so human to be caring. There is no need for big philosophies.
Create dependable children, not dependent children. Give your children the basic values to face their own tomorrows, not be blinded by yours. Make them proper personalities, not helpless puppets. Position them for success; don’t paralyze them with the commotion of your emotions.
Oh my mind practice yoga in this way: Eat as much as you can digest and eliminate heavy food. Sleep as if it were a nap. Kindness, mercy and forgiveness should be your practice. Those who do this will not have to find God, for God will find them.
Faith means one-pointedness of mind toward Infinity. Duality means one-pointedness of mind toward two existences; finite and infinite.
Life is nothing but a lease on time and space. This is your chance. It is now that you can secure your tomorrow. It is now that you can elevate yourself. It is now that you can learn to be graceful so that your confidence in yourself and your reputation can travel before you.
There is no God outside of you. Neither was, nor is, nor shall be. It is all in you. The very breath of life is divine.
The complete mantra is “I am, I AM”. “I am” is the finite and “I AM” is the Infinite and the mind must shuttle between the two.
We falter because we believe we are not perfect, we are not complete. We believe all that truthfully. We do not believe that we are truthful people. We try to be truthful. This trying business covers the reality so the non-reality is believed.
The base of society is a woman. Ever was, is and ever shall be. Therefore, each woman has to turn her own values towards gracefulness. She has to live it and then she has to share those values with the coming generations. That is the only way we can change life from one generation to the next.
God is prana, Life. Your soul needs food. It is hungry. It needs you to feed it and its diet is the prana, which comes through the air and enriches your insides.
What is light? Light is where you can see everything. Light is where darkness disappears.
God has given you face and grace, dignity and identity. You have only one job to do, you have to live it.
Your organs work for you. Do you work for your organs? I don’t think you have asked yourself questions like this.
All relationships are based on wisdom.
All relationships are maintained by love.
All relationships are nurtured by selfless service.

With all our mistakes and all our weaknesses, still we can make ourselves healthy, happy and holy.
The beauty in you is your spirit. The strength in you is your endurance. The intelligence in you is your vastness.
Stress takes you away from you all the time.
There is nothing from outside. Try to understand this. All is in you. You are the storehouse of your own totality.
Never overfeed yourself, because the body has to work overtime to eliminate it. Eat to live, don’t live to eat.
Breath is your everything and you have no time to meditate on that. You meditate on God but not on the breath, which is the tender charge of God. I have to tell you one thing very clearly. I can only pass on the truth to you. I cannot sit in you and breathe.
Caliber will make you deliver.
Character will sustain you.
Consciousness will carry you.
Courage will bring you honor.
Commitment will bring you trust.
Any time you are angry, a deep breath will be an immediate friend. And restoration of life will come through. You will live long. You will have health. There will be a lot of oxygen in the blood. Purification will happen. Organs will work long and fine.
Normally a person yawns or sneezes during the day when they are very tired or to give themselves a balance, optical balance. When you sneeze, it gives the brain a rest.
Your power is how the mechanism of the brain works for you and how much vitality you have to face the viciousness of the time. Life is not what you think it is. Life is a high frequency process, pressing itself through you, and it is as powerful as you can imagine.
When we cannot listen, we cannot speak. This head has a working mechanism. It only becomes elevated when you listen.
Think only in prosperous terms and think big!
As a teacher, you must experience everything that you share.
The strength behind the muscles is the nerves. The strength behind the nerves is the stamina, and the strength behind the stamina is you.
Show some respect for your hidden power. Awaken it!
When we fold our hands in prayer, God opens His arms and gives us a hug. Life is fulfilled with this union.
You represent the spirit. You represent the Age of Aquarius. You represent the change of time and you represent the nineteen million silent martyrs. Therefore, each one of you must speak.
You can be above the energy of your life and ride it or you can be below the energy of your life and it rides you. Kundalini Yoga teaches you how to ride the energy.
Patience gives you the power to practice; practice gives you power that leads you to perfection.
If you want to grow, you must face opposition. If you want no people to negate you and oppose you and put you down, you can never progress. You must have equal opposition to the amount you have to increase.
Enrich yourself with sacredness and opportunity will come to you from every corner.
Inside you there is a soul, which obeys no boundary and no limit. It is as pure and as bright as God.
What is old age? Old is shallow breath. People who take deep breaths never feel old. They can be old, but they never feel old, technically speaking. Is your breath of life conscious and deep?
With conscious breathing you can work and you can talk but you are always into that Self of the Creator as a creature. You enjoy the unisonness of God within you. You and the Supreme Self are united. That is the character we all have to build to survive.
When your body receives healing from you, this is the best healing.
Education is not what you learn from time. Education is what you learn from your intuition and apply to time.
With your breath, you can touch your soul.
The source of unhappiness in this world is when you are willing to defend your own interests, but unwilling to defend the interests of the person you are relating to.
You and your spirit are two dominant forces within you. And when the spirit is dominantly helping your mind and body, you are successful.
Activity with responsibility, honesty, and self consciousness leads to God-consciousness. That is Karma Yoga.
God gave us the ability to develop our intuition for protection. Intuition can only be developed by developing our own meditation,which takes time. When you don’t know, can’t be sure, have a doubt, there is a conflict; this creates a crisis, you get stress in your life, you become numb, and this eliminates your projectivity, your quick response, your ability to adjust.
Conquer your rhythm of breath and you conquer your mental attitude as well as your behavior. When you can do that you are perfect. You don’t worry, you are secure. Your words will never be untrue if you are constant in your breathing.
Working by your heart means using your feelings and emotions to lead you to your spiritual sense of existence.
What is prayer? You create a vibratory effect which goes into the Infinite Creative around the psyche of you. The answer and energy come and then your job is done and your prayer has worked.
There is no such thing as trouble. Trouble is a bubble created by self-ignorance and it can only be broken by self-identity.
Those who practice discipline have to be very generous to themselves. Discipline should never be rigid. Discipline should be self-acknowledge, so that you can go along with it.
If you do not breathe consciously for 11 minutes a day, you lose 40% of the vitality of life. This 40% you cannot recapture by any medicine or any exercise. But if you do breathe consciously for 11 minutes and make it very long, deep and slow, that can do exactly what no miracle can do, because your life is based on the breath of life.
Where there is forgiveness, there is God. Where there is compassion, there is a direction to God. Where there is sacrifice there is an experience of God.
May I tell you something? There is only one thing you should know. Conquer yourself.
God rotates the earth and He is going to take care of your every routine. There is nothing to worry about.
The flexible spine holds your entire nervous system.
God only gave you breath of life. When you use it to recite a mantra, you make yourself positive, pure and your vibration is very penetrating.
Human’s greatest asset is manners.
Your supply is equal to your demand. There is no lack of supply, only a lack of demand.
When we are no spiritually strong, we can’t negotiate properly. When we are not mentally strong, we do not have the grit to continue to negotiate. Then we build more guns and bombs.
There are three things to do in life: love, learn and live.
Our pranic consumption has been displaced by our consumption of food. We eat food all the time and that gives us satisfaction, but we do not consume the pranic life which comes from the Infinite Cosmos through the breath, which we can be subtle, settled and seriously face calamities and challenges.
The purpose of life is to harness time and space. Then you can realize your own sovereignty and infinity. If we will not confine ourselves (with spiritual discipline) time will confine us. If we confine ourselves, time will free us.
Only those who give have the capacity to tap into the universe. If the universe is not in your mind, your heart cannot give.
Meditation is only to become intuitive. It is not emotional, it is not sentimental, it is not attached. It is a basic reality of life.
I see you every day wanting to be beautiful to impress others. Be beautiful to impress yourself.
Wisdom, character and consciousness conquer everything.
Truth does not need introduction. When the sun rises,is there necessity to announce it?
When the breath of life becomes short, you become short-tempered. When the breath of life becomes long and deep, you understand who you are.
You have to learn to alter your energy. If at one frequency you are freaking out, change your energy. You will not freak out. You cannot change the time but you can change the place. You cannot get out of your body but you can change its energy.
Basically you and God are nothing but two sides of the same coin.
What matters in life is that your projection carries your personality, character and spirit with a precision and penetration.
Sing songs. It is such a beautiful emotional release. You will always be grateful to yourself. It is a perfect way to live sane. It is the best way to confront insanity.
The beauty and duty of a teacher is not being himself or herself. Because the moment you become not yourself, you become the pure channel of energy and at that moment there is no difference between yourself and God.
Gratitude is the open door to abundance.

One emotional outburst with anger consumes the energy you need for exactly seven hours of hard work. I am talking of the pranic energy (life force).

In sadhana see God’s glory. In sadhana experience Infinity. Sadhana is the daily meditation of the sadhu. Oh Yogi! Become one with God!
Friendship means only one thing: you don’t create fences around you, but try to remove fences from the life of another person.
Between human and God there is an opening door and that key to that door is called Kundalini.

What is attractive in you is not you. It is your absolutely radiant body. That is the shining armor around you for protection and attraction both. And its strength depends on how deeply you consume prana and how many times during the day you try to breathe absolutely mechanically (consciously).
Free will is essential for existence but that free will should listen to your inner will.

God created you therefore you should be hopeful. Things will come at the right time, the right place, and the right reason.
A yogi is one whom the pair of opposites does not affect. He does not obey the law of duality and polarity.

A teacher brings God into the heart of another person.
It does not matter if you know everything. The question is, do you practice?
Visualize as much as you can conceive of yourself receiving and then lay positive claim to that visualization.
Why do we need intuition every moment? If I don’t know, I have to hustle. And I waste my precious life in hustling.
If you can impress the whole world that you can serve them, you will have them in the palm of your hand.
We have to learn to penetrate. We have to learn to consciously take our soul to Infinity. We have to practice those practices that create a blueprint, and when we build on the blueprint we will become real. It is not a mystery, it is not a miracle, it is a reality.
We have two strengths: the life force and the re-creative strength of the force which is within us.
Be competent. Do not show that you are scared. Do not show you are irrational. Over and above that, never ever let anyone know that you are not willing to listen. Listen patiently, reply promptly, answer effectively and be in command. That is the price of living. And the best thing is, speak moderately polite.
If a person can be aware enough to know the trend of the sequences, he can control the consequences.
This world is a hire and fire place. If you ever want to fire anything, fire your own negativity. If you ever want to hire anything, hire your intelligent wisdom and positivity.
Richness is having the power of wealth. Prosperity is when you are purposefully satisfied.
Yoga is a science through which a person can use their mental, physical and spiritual being to tap into the infinity of God.
May we all understand, in the breath of life we can be Infinite in our fearlessness and character. We can achieve all the riches of the earth to share them with mankind.
Body is the temple of God. Health is the gift of God. We are the beings of God.
Richness is having the power of wealth. Prosperity is when you are purposefully satisfied.
When human knows himself, he knows every self. When human loves herself, she loves every self.
We are told that to forgive is a very great religious act, very pious. Actually, when you forgive, you just stop your own further aggravation and nervous breakdown. The greatest ruin to your mental health is your thought of vengeance. It accelerates the self-destruct mode.
You are not body. You are not mind. You are not spirit. You are the combining force of these three. You are the commandant in charge of the trinity. You are not the trinity.
As long as the mind is dark and does not let the light of the soul shine in your life, you will never have the joy and success that is your birthright as a human.
In essence you are truth. In realization, you lack faith. This lack of faith creates a gap,and sometimes you question, you do not have the nerves to take it. That is why the Age of Aquarius, the age of knowledge and faith and trust, shall only belong to those who shall keep up.
Spirituality is the direct relationship between you and your Infinity.
There is definitely a technique of the mind as there is a technique of the machinery. Within the human machinery, if the meditative mind can be achieved and used, mankind can bring happiness to itself.
You make everything in life important in your life, except learning about yourself.
A Spiritual human is one who lives for Infinity and whose presence brings peace.
From liking, to loving, to understanding, to total kindness and affection and sacrifice — that is the fundamental base of what is called the sacredness of life, and we have to accept that our life is very sacred.
Teaching is to reach into another’s soul. And when the soul is lit, God prevails.
To conquer the unknown, you must use trust.
If you can master the nine gates of your body — eyes, ears, nose, mouth, sex organs and rectum — then all of the secrets of nature will open to you.
In Kundalini Yoga we do not worry about the effect, we worry about the cause. Effect can never happen without cause; consequences shall never happen without sequence.
In the very effect of the spirit, you must realize that you have to develop the capacity to command your own nervous system. Any situation in which your nervous system is not subject to you means that you are accepting a defeat, which has no meaning. You have got to be creatively in control of the control room, which controls the physical body, mind and spirit.
Meditation is a personal process. It has nothing to do with religions, it has only to do with prosperity.
Breath of life is better than all the vegetables you eat and all the vitamins you take.
If you do not know what wisdom is, the only thing you will have is your neuroses.
Life is experienced in direct proportion to your mental love. If you love a great ideal, you become great. If you love a small thing, you become small.
We want leadership, which can carry the teachings, which can carry the discipline, which can carry the humanity.
There is no such thing as God if there is no trust in oneself. God is self-trust.
This body, mind and spirit is yours. Enjoy it or waste it. It is your choice.
Anything, which relates to self at the cost of others, is lower consciousness. Any situation where self is sacrificed for the sake of others is higher consciousness.
Everyone has to pass three tests in the hand of time. How will you pass the test? Give time space and you will go through it. Do not get uptight or upset, do not react, do not fall into the pit of corruption, do not grab a temporary gain.
The problem is not me. The problem is the stress I cause to me.

The entire universe is just one person. There are no two persons. There is one link of a breath of life, which comes from me to you, to you, to you. It is all linked with one thing. When it is disconnected, you are gone. We are all one mala, one rosary, linked with one thread to the breath of life.
Happiness is not in wealth. Happiness is in your values.
Either you have to please the moment or the Master. If you please the moment at the expense of the Master, you are a failure. If you please the Master, you are a success.
The most difficult thing on earth is to be humble. It is not easy, it is difficult because you have to surmount the existence of all maya and recognize that God is by your side. Then you feel the humility.
The most intimate relationship within you is between the body and the soul.
If we are spiritually strong, we can do the impossible as possible.
Human who lives by the beat of the heart, continuously meditating on the Name of God, shall find heavens here and hereafter.
You want to be in touch with everybody. Have you been in touch with your own mind?
Learn to exist in the state of nonexistence: that is reality.

Corpse Pose is the best posture of optimum support for your spine. Lying flat on your back, make sure your body is in straight line and that your hands are turned palms upwards.
When our insecurity and fear attack together, the normal outcome is depression.
Self-assessment is the test of consciousness.
Consciousness is the test of self-grace.
Grace is the test of self-projection.
Self-projection is the test of self-infinity.
Self-infinity and self-projection joined together make you divine.

Understanding and humility lead to the perfection of love, and God is love.
Every disability is imagined. Every achievement is an experience. Develop your human courage to overcome your imagined disabilities.
I want to serve you because you have a destiny. And I have a destiny not to let you face your fate. That is our relationship.
There should not be any conflict between your job and you. Be conscious of it.
The plain and simple truth is that you must start giving before you can start receiving. This is the nature of the universe we live in.
You are the best beloved creature created by God in His individual will, but you have not accepted your self as God within you.
Live and let live and enjoy it. Experience it.
If you have harmony with nature you will be exalted. If you fight it, you will be consumed.
Projected grace is your best decor, your best ornamentation; it is your best reality.
Don’t become spiritual for the sake of your teacher. Become spiritual for your own sake.
The greatest mantra of the time is “Keep Up”. Keep Up, you will be kept up. “Keep Up” is not a small mantra. If you ever want to know who you are and experience what you are and where you are, just keep up. The world shall bow to you.
You are not going to get life without putting life into it.
Fears cannot be solved. Never try to solve a fear. Drop a fear. Never solve your problems. Drop your problems. Take them to the highest part of you and drop them.
All senses left unrefined are physical. When they are refined they become spiritual.
The body’s entire creative sensitivity is in the stomach. The stomach stimulates the brain to coordinate the entire system. The heart and brain are subject to the stomach.
Man is judge by his manners, and man prospers by his mercy.
Without personal knowledge there is no width, weight and horizon. I pray to Thee, Oh Lord, be within me, give me tranquility and peace between me and myself so that I can know myself on the way of prosperity.
All of you who represent the house of Guru Ram Das must understand, this is the house of ultimate healing and ultimate compassion. There are no ifs or buts. Wrong is wrong. So correct it, heal it, save it, and uplift it. Show the person the right path. Life is for giving.
The best love is to serve all equally.
The inner Self of the self is sitting, waiting for you to realize that Self.
I want to give you that depth and that strength which is yours — the original you.
Truly great fortunes were not received by hoarding money, but by circulating it.
Be aware who you are, and if this self-awareness can relate to the universal awareness, there is an absolute harmony. Then you are a yogi.
The caliber of this human body is that it has the capacity to give you the experience of God.

Yoga is a science of reality and an experiential proof of the sacredness of all life.
Those who have to lead must be like a star–with an altitude and attitude of perfection.
The living trinity is to know the truth, to practice the truth and to sacrifice for the truth; and if it means death, you are willing to die. We can call it the trinity of attitude. The word Samadhi means attitude.
Spirit is stronger than the physical body.
You will never know who you are if you have not disciplined yourself to know who you are.
Total harmonious relaxation cures the body. To achieve this there must be coordination between the three facets of ourselves: body, mind and soul.
All knowledge, all scripture, all wealth, all environments, all energy is meant to perform duty. When righteous action is done, God is pleased.
You cannot sustain a friendship without wisdom. Wisdom is nothing but practical learning of a higher consciousness. A person can know and trust you only if you are a wise human being.
When the ego merges with the soul, then a person is enlightened.
When I call on my Infinity, I can come through anything. Then I shall never be handicapped. That is the rule of life. That is how we shall enter the Age of Aquarius.
The best way in life is simply to be. Let the spirit, let the soul, let the self shine like sunshine.
Maturity comes from time, space, intuition and wisdom.
Humility in action is universal consciousness.
There are two ways to go in life: “Go and get it” — develop your physical body to go after things, or “Be and get it” — develop your radiant body so everything will come to you.
You do not understand discipline. Discipline is the only friend other than God that you have.
Live with applied consciousness, prosperity will break through the walls, you will be flooded with it. You do prayer when you are in difficulty; pray when you are not in difficulty, that’s the attitude of gratitude!

Blessed is the day that has passed, and blessed be the day that shall become today.
The total rhythm of life is achieved when a person experiences their own body, their own mind and their own soul.

As many times in life you fall apart, then it becomes your sad story, it becomes permanent depression, it becomes permanent expression, “Oh nobody cares, “Oh I don’t care,” those kind of statements which I call negativity. And when you start expressing yourself negatively, that only particularly means that you are ungrateful to God. The happiness in life lies in gratitude, and the way to prosperity, to happiness, to life, to love, to all items of life, is in gratitude, not in being great. Doesn’t matter how much you try, you can never be great if you do not have an attitude of gratitude. It is basic.
Life is given to us as our destiny — every day we must die and we must experience that death. And every day we must be reborn and we must experience resurrection.
If you have not developed the attitude of gratitude you lost whatever spiritual and worldly thing within you. Because it is gratitude, your own breath of life, your own gratitude to your own consciousness, this is what nurtures the garden of the self of the man.
Dedicate yourself to your higher consciousness and live it.

You would rise, and to fill the vacuum from nature will come the wealth and prosperity. Otherwise your poverty is proportionate to your emotionalism.
There are two ways of living. There are people who handle situations and there are people who are handled by situations.
It is very important for you to understand the game of head and heart. When the heart is involved, the head must decide; when the head is involved, the heart must decide.
When you say nothing, be nothing, do nothing, then you are a lighthouse, nobody can wreck around you.
Simply you have to inherit your destiny.
When you want to take, you have to learn to give. When you are born, you have to be ready to die.
We are all together in the One Creator’s consciousness.

The attitude of gratitude is the highest way of living, and it is the biggest truth, highest truth.
This is the Age of Aquarius, the age of knowledge. You have to learn to behave in a way that you are you. And you have to understand, the phrase is not “In God we trust”, it is “In God we dwell.”
May your own power prove to yourself that you are the existence of God. May this give you bounty, beauty, and bliss. May you rise to your excellence and recognize God walking on your left and right unto ecstasy.
When your spine is not right, then your sex life is not right, then your relationships are not right, then your environments are not right, then you are always worried and troubled.
If you conquer yourself, you have conquered the time and space. If you conquer the earth, you have conquered a time and a space. That’s the difference.
To create success as a human being, you must know how to talk, why you talk, when you talk, and what you talk. You must know what you are conveying. You believe that you can say things and get away with it.
If you are angry, you want to talk angrily. If you are unhappy, you want to communicate your unhappiness. If you are freaked out, you want to create your freak out. If you are lovey-dovey, you want to communicate that. Actually, all you’re doing is communicating your mood. You are not communicating yourself.
It is simple to communicate yourself, just say, “I love you, but I am angry. I am not in a position to tell you why at this time, but I’ll talk to you later.” At least this way, you protect your personality, and you don’t communicate your anger. The result of this kind of communication is that the other person will always trust you.
Communication is Personality. “C” is “P.” Communication is not mood. Everybody has been taught to talk ineffectively. Whenever you talk, communicate. Learn this?-this is all you have to practice and understand. When you communicate, you communicate your personality.
If you are an honest person, communicate that honesty. If you are a spiritual person, communicate your success. But never communicate through the channel of mood. Mood is never good. Even good mood is not good. This is because when you are in a good mood you will say things that in a neutral mood you would not mean, and it will come back to you. This doesn’t mean that you should not talk when you are in a good mood, but don’t talk through the mood.
Mood is no good. Mood is no good at all. Even good mood is no good at all. It will overextend you. Convey neither good nor bad mood. Convey yourself, your personality: when personality is communicated, it becomes Self. Self is divinity, positivity, creativity, success and influence. Influence comes to you when you communicate, I am myself. You are yourself. I want myself to know yourself and yourself to know myself.
I don’t care about your damn mood! Understand this once and for all. I don’t want your mood to be the friend of my mood. Moods are moods, they are not friends. “I love you (because I’m in a good mood).” Who are you? Who are you dealing with? Who is dealing with whom? Actually, nobody is dealing with anybody, because there’s no relationship. There’s no mutual trust.
Life is a mutual trust. Success comes when you create a real relationship of mutual trust. Success is equal to mutual trust.
The problem is that we want to emotionally attach to somebody. How can your attachment ever be true if you have never attached yourself to your soul, to your consciousness? You are never conscious to attach yourself to character.
When we don’t want to identify ourselves we don’t want to be answerable. And one who’s not willing to be answerable cannot carry the trust.
When prosperity comes, happiness is the root source of anxiety. When adversity comes, automatically we meditate.
Depression is a reaction in frustration. Find the weakness in your projection, and correct it. You will be surprised to find there will be no depression.
If a woman does not have benevolence and does not endorse courage and is not firm like a rock, the house will fall, one way or the other.
For anything you take, you must give, and for anything you give you must have taken. That is karma. It is very difficult.
To live positive and be positive requires a very powerful spiritual power, which is called love. Love is a constant flow of that infinite power. Love represents God. Love represents you.
All you have taught your children is “Get ‘A’ grades! And become a great taker” You have never taught them to be the givers. Those who are not givers know nothing about God.
There is only one thing we all need: perpetual strength. It comes from intuition. Because imagination is imagination, intuition is the truth.
You are already enlightened beings. You are born with spirit. You live by the spirit. You will die when your spirit leaves you.
If you don’t want misery in your life, don’t make another person miserable.
Actually man has never understood one thing: it is the most notorious thing in the mind of the man and that is the thought. So powerful is the thought that if the perpetual thought becomes divine, the person becomes divine. If the perpetual thought becomes devilish…ill willed, negative, stupid, inferior, insecure…person has no chance. Life is a continuous struggle between the two things: positive thinking and positively not thinking.
A noble woman rules the universe, including the Creator of it, the God. Oh woman if you try to find God, you are wasting your time. Be a woman and God has no alternative but to find you. Don’t come out and become a victim. Go inside and become a master.
As a teacher, you must know students personally and treat them impersonally. That’s a fundamental law.
You are responsible to think out your thoughts before they get to your ego.
We must believe we are infinite. That’s the only way to live a happy, positive life.
Your intuition can tell you everything provided you command yourself and then you obey yourself. If you do not know how to command yourself, you cannot obey yourself. Therefore you are not you.
You do not believe me when I tell you that you are not just this body. Your energy is in your aura and your aura extends nine feet from your skin. The animal aura is three and a half feet; metal things and other inanimate objects are a foot and a half; the human aura is nine feet. There are two things that can increase the size of the aura; white clothing and cotton cloth. When you wear white, cotton clothing from top to bottom, you can increase your aura up to three times. This is under all circumstances, even if you are at your lowest ebb. That’s a law of the universe.
Certain things you must not do as a man:
One – If you know the negative side of your woman, don’t remind her when you are angry – never do it. She will never forgive that;
Two – Don’t question a woman’s character when you are not 100% sure, and don’t question it directly. She will go reverse;
Three – When she sees you not uplifting yourself consciously and spiritually, you have a 40% chance of losing the relationship.
The woman looks to the man as God. I do not know why, but it is her chemistry, this is what she wants to look to. You know what she wants? They say, “She wants the devil in the bed and she wants a sage in the living room.” Got it?
There are two ways to deal with this life around us: either we can be emotional or we can be conscious. Emotional people are not conscious and conscious people are not emotional.
You must understand one thing: karma cannot be wiped out; the sequence must lead to consequences. The only way is through Sadhana (Spiritual Practice). I can tell you that without Sadhana, you are as useless for positive change as a junk car is. You can talk for hours and hours and I can teach for years and years; but without Sadhana, you have no chance. Sadhana is a self- victory; and one who cannot have self-victory cannot have this Earth at all. I can bluntly tell you.
Never listen to garbage. If somebody brings a basket of garbage and gives it to you and you accept it, you will suffer with it.
We are constantly on alert. Two thirds of our human energy is wasted on this alertness.

The power of woman is in her prayer and in her comprehensive, comparative, communicative strength. Her words and prayers make a woman.
Your excellence as a woman is in the joyful projection of your inner self. If you can be brought to touch your inner self and you can understand your projection, then you can also feel and experience your joyfulness. Then there is nothing that you will know but your own excellence.
Your very statutory existence as a woman, as a psyche, as a nucleus, as a person, as a creature of God, should bring your excellence around you.
There is one thing every woman should learn: Show no insecurity. If you take on this conscious behavior, 70 percent of your problems will be gone in forty days.
Prayer is the ray of the soul.
There is nothing in God except the power of the word. And word must have a relationship with your soul. You have to open the faucet to let the water in. You need time to relate to your soul.
When as a person, you are unable to control your own anger and when as a person you cannot control the little part of you that is your tongue; when as a person, you cannot control your own commotions and when as a person, you cannot control your own neurosis, then as a person you want to control the whole world. What a fool you are. You have not learned one thing: that beyond self, there is nothing. It is the self-control, which matters in life.
Life is a very simple challenge. The process God wanted was to give you a living life, let you be born at a certain place of longitude and latitude, and let you experience your life from there onward, so that you can feel the great depth in a small thing called body. The caliber of this body is not big or small, but it has the capacity to give you the experience of God, and the history of man through the centuries has found some people rise to the point to become saints. That does not mean everybody can rise to the point of a saint and that also does not mean, nobody can rise to the point of saint.
Life is not given to you for any other reason but to experience your own creativity and your own Self in the dignity of its existence. If by virtue of prostitution – which is mental or physical, social or religious, personal or impersonal – one can become great, then greatness shall have no meaning at all. It is through personal dignity and personal sacrifice for that personal dignity, that man achieves anything within himself. It is the fulfillment in you, it is the consciousness in you, which can heal you, which can uplift you and which can give you the grace, which you need to live with. Your basic idea that you can live with a lot of games is wrong to begin with. It shall be proven to you to be wrong in the end.
Our mental consciousness sometimes is so limited that we cannot even see beyond our own nose, and mostly we don’t even see the tip of our nose. Forget about seeing beyond it.
You have been told again and again that this planet is just like a motel where you come and visit, and the purpose of the visit is to enjoy, to relax and to excel. But what you are trying to find out for yourself are plays for your emotional games, and it’s not understood that you ever will wake up and find yourself, not in contrast of the flow of life. When you are in between the thirties and forties or forties and fifties, whatever your state of mind is, you are still trying to search and find out and perhaps when you will be eighty or ninety, you will be still searching to find out. Searching and finding out is a good thing. But it’s bad when it doesn’t end anywhere.
You can learn from your spiritual teacher or you can learn from the hand of the times, it’s the same thing. We have to heal ourselves of the indignity and the process we are in. We are not asking you to listen to me or to anybody. We are asking you to stop one thing. The time has come when you must understand that life is nothing but a basic commitment and if you ever want to control something, better to control your emotions, your commotions, your neurosis and your own tongue, which scatters the filth all around.
Every wise man will be aware, when he teaches Kundalini Yoga or talks about it, that there are very strong do’s and don’ts. You cannot teach Kundalini Yoga if you cannot come out of your psycho-electromagnetic field to protect your student in the Universe. Kundalini Yoga is not dangerous for the person who learns it; it is dangerous for the person who teaches it. If he cannot project health, forget it.
There are twenty-two types of Yoga. If you study each one for one year it will take you twenty-two years. So study awareness. Awareness of totality is Kundalini. Kundalini the mother of awareness, the mother of fulfillment, of creation, is not an occult power; it is not a gimmick. It is awareness; it is a totality of the personality of the being. It is not one religion or one God we are going to meet. A man who practices Kundalini Yoga neither meets nor seeks God. God seeks him. He does not meditate, God meditates on him. He is the center of the whole nucleus. When he vibrates, the Universe vibrates with him.
The law of consciousness is not my law or your law. Kundalini is not my yoga or your yoga. It is a union of the individual consciousness with the Supreme Consciousness.
Teacher can tell you what to do; wise man can explain what to do; but you have to do it! Money can only buy technology, not experience, which is always personal. Meditation is a very personal thing.
My only judge is my own higher consciousness.
Life is defined as a simple flow of life. Whosoever lets it flow shall live happily; whosoever complicates it shall live unhappily.
Question (Student): Is the best way to teach our children to be noble is by being noble ourselves?
Reply: There is no better way to teach than to demonstrate nobility against their tantrums. Every child is a Swami Trauma. To make him a Yogi Rama, it still takes a lot of noble behavior on the part of the parents. Children have the right to deal with the traumas. That gives them the aggressiveness to know and to investigate. To expect children to totally get rid of traumas is totally wrong. It means people want their children to be vegetables. Children have the right to create a trauma. Rama means the giver of sun and moon, whereas trauma is the act of ego, which a child picks up very perfectly. The children of trauma can be very perfect. No actors can act like them. They are very good. Children can make a father go berserk; children can make a mother and father fight like fighting cocks. They do create environments that adults cannot even understand, because adults lose their innocence. Adults feel that children do not know anything. Actually, children know that adults do not know anything.
Can a child get into meditation and prayer?
Children are the best. I had a brother who was meditating when he was three years old. I have seen children who are very meditative.
In the beginning there was the Word. Word was with God, and Word was God. You are what you say. Do not say anything, which others do not understand. Do not say anything, which you do not mean to say. And do not say anything, which when you have said it, you cannot perform or stand by it.
One must have a mastery of one’s self. One must know inside one’s self; not only inside the physical body, but inside the mental body, too.
Prayer is the only power we have. It is my personal individual belief that prayer can change the universe. Politics and power cannot.
If you can rhythmically slow down your breath to four breaths a minute, you can indirectly control your mind and slow it down from its obnoxious behavior.
Service creates a permanent love and friendship. Self-discipline creates grace. And a neutral mind creates wisdom. These are the rules of life.
You love your children? You do. They are beautiful. Isn’t that innocent soul in you also your life child? Have you kissed your soul? Have you hugged your soul? Have you communicated with the soul in the morning at the ambrosial hours when there is absolutely no disturbance? Sadhana is nothing but where a disciplined one, the lover, talks to our own soul. It is nothing but where one cleans his own mind. Sadhana is nothing but where one prepares for the day to become kind and compassionate for everyone, including the enemies.
We are told that to forgive is a very great religious act, very pious. Actually when you forgive, you just stop your own further aggravation and nervous breakdown. The greatest ruin to your mental health is your thought of vengeance. It accelerates the self-destruct mode.
Serve all without classification or discrimination. Discrimination means you have reservation, which comes from fear, phobia, non-Infinity.
We need to develop security through intuition. A person with less intuition will have proportionally more doubt in life. That person will be more vulnerable to crises, and will have more conflicts.
Wealth is in the health of your communication. And communication is the essence of your commitment.
Life is a very real gift. If you do not honor your own gift, and if you do not value your own gift, nobody else is going to do it.
Depression is nothing but human duality. Human anger is nothing but misunderstanding. Cowardice, slandering and discouragement are nothing but fear.
The greatest disease on this planet is self-stress. And you must understand, there’s nothing more precious than self-healing.
See the creative act of God in everyone. Understand that bad and good are part of God’s domain. Your job is to communicate the best of you.
Each good wish, each prayer, is the power to extend happiness. That is the power of the prayer. There is no power or worship in this universe greater than prayer. There is no love other than the prayer. Whosoever knows the art and power of worship will become God.
Normal human behavior is to talk straight. If you are angry, talk angry. If you are pleasant, talk pleasant. The problem starts when you are angry and you talk pleasant.
You have to understand the purpose of life. The purpose of life is to do something which will live forever.
Dharma is my mission; I’m a servant of it. I’ve got to serve it. You have to decide whether you want to inherit it or you don’t want to inherit it.
